Located in Nosara, the Blue Spirit yoga and meditation retreat center is perched on a hilltop overlooking the Pacific Ocean and a three-mile white sand beach that is protected as a turtle refuge. The pristine nature, subtropical climate, dedicated staff, and the healing energy of the Nosara community create the ideal environment for our retreat to be an unforgettable and deeply nurturing experience.

- 7 nights in an Eco Cottage or Nature Suite. Immerse yourself in a lush, tropical setting in these comfortable solar-powered accommodations.

- Daily bodyART and MELT classes offered mornings and evenings in one of 4 beautiful studios on the property. Becca and Marisa will lead you through restorative mobilization and holistic healing exercises to help you feel your best each day. You'll leave the retreat feeling fit and revived! All classes are optional though encouraged, and are appropriate for all fitness levels.

**Please be sure to book your flight to Liberia Airport, Costa Rica. Airport transportation from Blue Spirit will be available on Saturday 3/23/19 from 12-4pm and 7-8:30pm and on 3/30/19 departing from the resort between 4am-11am (it is recommended to depart from the resort 5 hours prior to your flight). If you find a flight outside of these time frames please contact us.
