TERMS and CONDITIONS

These booking conditions apply to any retreat, travel product and/or service you book
with or purchase from REVIVE Restorative Retreats, LLC (“REVIVE”), and govern the
contractual relationship between you and REVIVE. By making a booking and paying
your initial non-refundable deposit, you accept the following booking terms and
conditions (which are referred to below as the “Terms & Conditions”). Please note that
all retreats are subject to availability.

Payments and Deposits
An initial non-refundable deposit (the “Deposit”) is due upon booking to confirm your reservation. By paying this Deposit, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and agreeing to make payments to REVIVE in accordance with the payment schedule on the REVIVE website, unless advised otherwise by a REVIVE representative by email. If you make a booking after the Deposit due date stated in the payment schedule, then you are required to pay, at the time of booking, all amounts due up to that date in the payment schedule. Any retreat package purchased within 31 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of booking. Failure to pay a balance by the specified date will result in forfeiture of your Deposit, cancellation of your trip, and imposition of any and all applicable cancellation fees outlined below. If you are booking a local event or day retreat, full payment is due at booking and is required to confirm your reservation. Only one promotion or discount can be applied per retreat or event.

Cancellations and Refunds
All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to:

Regardless of the reason, cancellations result in additional costs and processing time. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking. Where REVIVE incurs any liability, expense or cost as a result of, or attributable to, your cancellation, you agree to indemnify REVIVE for any such liability, expense or cost. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellations fees will be incurred (unless otherwise specified by REVIVE):

90 days or more before first day of retreat – loss of the Deposit
61-75 days before first day of retreat – loss of 30% of trip balance
31-60 days before first day of retreat – loss of 50% of trip balance
Within 30 days of first day of retreat – loss of 100% of trip payment

In the case that REVIVE cancels a trip for any reason, all fees paid to REVIVE will be returned to you. However, REVIVE is not responsible for any other amounts otherwise paid or incurred by you, such as airfare cancellation fees or travel insurance.

Travel, Accommodations, and Airline Schedule Changes
Bookings may be accepted, where requested, on a shared room basis, on the condition that the person(s) requesting to share a room/suite agree REVIVE accepts no responsibility for any incompatibility between persons sharing twin/triple/quad/quintuple rooms or suites. Moreover, if you agree to share a room or a suite with another person, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless REVIVE (and its owners and employees) from any damage, cost, liability, loss, or injury arising or resulting from, or attributable or related to, you sharing a room. No guarantee is given that a share room will be available. If you decide to cancel your booking because a shared room is not available at the time of final payment, the cancellations conditions set out above will apply.

Any costs you incur or services you miss as a result of any schedule changes imposed by the airlines are not REVIVE’s responsibility.
Hotels, shuttle services or other constituent elements of a REVIVE Restorative Retreat will be arranged by REVIVE with suppliers local to the regions in which the retreat operates, who may themselves engage the services of other local operators and/or sub-contractors (hotels, shuttle services, other constituent elements and their respective subcontractors are collectively referred to as “Local Service Providers”). REVIVE endeavors to select qualified Local Service Providers. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Local Service Providers and are expressly incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions may limit or exclude liability of a Local Service Provider. You agree that the liability of REVIVE shall not exceed that of any Local Service Providers. You agree that REVIVE, its owners, employees and any of its insurance carriers shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of any independent contractors, including, without limitation, any Local Service Provider. Moreover, You agree that if You incur any damage, loss, expense liability from or attributable to any Local Service Provider, then You will solely seek recourse and recovery from that Local Service Provider and not from REVIVE or any of its owners or employees.

Travel Insurance
REVIVE does not sell travel insurance as part of any of the REVIVE Restorative Retreat packages. However, when traveling with REVIVE, it is strongly recommended that you purchase your own comprehensive travel insurance to cover the full duration of journey for costs, including, but not limited, to illness, injury, death, loss of or damage to baggage and personal items, cancellation, loss of deposit, medical and hospitalization expenses, repatriation and curtailment expenses due to illness, the need to return home unexpectedly, evacuation expenses and accidental death or disability. REVIVE does not consider travel insurance offered by credit card companies as providing adequate coverage. REVIVE is not responsible for expenses (including but not limited to, lodging, meals, transportation incurred for delays and/or cancelation of the trip) for reasons
beyond the control of REVIVE, include but not limited to, fire, explosions, flood, tempest, unusually adverse weather conditions, failure or shortage of power supplies, fault or failure of plant or machinery, war, hostilities, riot, acts of terrorism, strikes, lock-
outs or other industrial action (“A Force Majeure Event”).

Medical Insurance
You are responsible for checking with your current health insurance provider and
insuring that you have adequate medical coverage that is applicable for the duration
your REVIVE Restorative Retreat. Participants must carry insurance documentation
while on the retreat.

​Travel Documents and Passport
It is your responsibility to ensure that all passports, visas, travel permits, health certificates and other documentation required for your REVIVE Restorative Retreat are obtained, valid and are in order. You are responsible for any additional costs incurred by you or REVIVE as a result of any failure to comply with these requirements. Non-U.S. citizens must consult with appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Minimum Numbers
Please note that all REVIVE Restorative Retreats are subject to availability and REVIVE reserves the right to change the components of any REVIVE Restorative Retreat in its sole and absolute discretion. All REVIVE Restorative Retreats are based on a minimum number of participants. If this minimum number is not reached within 90 days of departure, REVIVE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the particular REVIVE Restorative Retreat. If REVIVE reschedules the REVIVE Restorative Retreat and you decide not to proceed, or if REVIVE cancels the REVIVE Restorative Retreat, REVIVE will refund your entire Deposit. In all other circumstances, your deposit is non-refundable.

Health and Fitness
You are obligated to read and fill out the Intake Form/Health Questionnaire Form honestly, accurately, and completely.  You should consult with your physician regarding your fitness for travel and adventure travel in particular.  REVIVE is not responsible for providing any medical advice. REVIVE strongly encourages you to seek your physician’s advice regarding
necessary or advisable vaccinations, medical precautions, or other medical concerns regarding the entirety of your travel with REVIVE.

Images, Videos and Marketing
You agree that, while participating in any REVIVE Restorative Retreat, Event or related event or activity, images, photos or videos may be taken by other clients and/or REVIVE representatives and instructors that may contain or feature you in part or in whole. You hereby consent to any such picture or video being taken and you hereby grant a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to REVIVE, its affiliates and assigns, to reproduce for any purpose whatsoever (including marketing and promotions), in any medium whatsoever, whether currently known or hereinafter devised, without any further
obligation to you or compensation payable to you.

Alcohol and Drugs
Alcohol is not provided as a part of any REVIVE Restorative retreat package. If you choose to consume alcoholic beverages during any REVIVE Restorative Retreat, you agree to comply with local law and consume any such beverage at your own risk.
We do not judge, but, while on a REVIVE Restorative Retreat, we have zero tolerance for drugs. It is paramount to REVIVE to maintain a safe, healthy and productive environment for all staff and guests, while maintaining integrity and providing quality
services. Illegal drugs in foreign countries may have serious consequences that can impact you as well as other guests on the retreat. If you take drugs while on a REVIVE Restorative Retreat, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless REVIVE and its owners, employees, clients and guests from any loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense incurred or expected to be incurred from, or relating to, your use of drugs.

Refusal of Service
For the benefit of everyone on your REVIVE Restorative Retreat, REVIVE reserves the right to accept or reject any participant, at any time, for any reason without any liability whatsoever. In the event REVIVE determines, in its sole and absolutely discretion, that a participant is disruptive to the harmony of a REVIVE Restorative Retreat, REVIVE may, without any obligation to pay a refund or any other amount whatsoever, expel such participant from the retreat. If you leave any REVIVE Restorative Retreat prior to its conclusion or for any activity not included in the itinerary of the particular REVIVE Restorative Retreat, you agree that REVIVE has no responsibility or liability to you.

Instructor Conditions
REVIVE reserves the right to replace an instructor with another instructor with substantially equivalent teaching skills.

Amendments
REVIVE reserves the right to update and/or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amended Terms and Conditions on the REVIVE website (www.reviverestorativeretreats.com). You agree to be bound to the Terms and
Conditions, as revised from to time, even after you book your REVIVE Restorative Retreat.

Consenting to Conditions
By making any booking with REVIVE, You acknowledge that You have read these Terms and Conditions, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Indemnification and Liability
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold REVIVE and its owners, officers, directors, employees, independent contractors partners, attorneys, and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense including reasonable attorneys’ fees, related to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or use of this Site.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree that you will not institute any lawsuit or other legal action against REVIVE or its owners, officers, directors, employees, independent contractors partners, attorneys, and affiliates and all organizations and
individuals assisting in promoting, conducting or otherwise affiliated with the REVIVE Restorative Retreat as a result of your participation in or injury from any REVIVE-related, REVIVE-organized, REVIVE-advertised, REVIVE-sponsored or REVIVE-
subsidized activity.
